WWE commentator Mauro Ranallo has revealed last night how he escaped death after choking.
The NXT announcer claimed on twitter that MMA legend Frank Shamrock, and brother of former WWE star Ken, saved his life with the Heimlich maneuver.
Ranallo was chocking on a peice of Salmon before being rescued and urged his 120,000 followers to learn the life-saving technique.
He tweeted: "Please learn the Heimlich maneuver. @frankshamrock saved my life with it tonight."
He added later on: "Thanks a lot Phil. I literally owe him my life."
Ranallo had a mixed 2017 after leaving WWE's SmackDown Live amid claims he was being bullied by John Bradshaw Layfield.
JBL denied the accusations – claiming he was merely playing up to his villainous WWE character - and Ranallo did him a favour by supporting his story.
But he was soon signed back up to NXT — the WWE's developmental brand — to be the voice of their programmes.

He was also present for Anthony Joshua's world title victory against Wladimir Klitschko at Wembley back in April.
Ranallo was also the voice for the American TV coverage of the Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather fight back in August.
