Alachua County Sheriff nick the former Cruiserweight champion in the early hours of Sunday morning with the high-flyer potentially looking at five-year prison stretch
WWE star Rich Swann has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and battery.
The former Cruiserweight champion was nicked just after midnight at 12:09am in Gainesville, Florida.
Swann, 26, faces allegations of kidnap/false imprisonment of an adult and battery.
In Florida, kidnapping/false imprisonment is a third-degree felony and punishable by up to five years in prison plus a £3,700 fine.
Battery is a first degree misdemeanour and has a penalty of up to one year behind bars or 12 months probation and a £750 fine.
It remains to be seen whether the 205 Live high-flyer will still be ready to compete on Monday Night Raw tomorrow.
Swann was due to battle Drew Gulak in a number one contenders match for the Cruiserweight title.
But it looks like that clash will now be cancelled by WWE chiefs.

He dropped the belt to Newcastle-born Neville at the Royal Rumble in January.
